Welcome to First Impressions Resume Center (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or materials, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

  1. Scope of Services

We provide career coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and related consulting services as described in our service materials or client agreements. Specific services and deliverables are outlined in the individual client agreement you enter into with us.

  1. Fees & Payment

Fees are set forth in the client agreement. Payment must be received in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card and other methods communicated by the Company.

  1. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and professional information you share. Information will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law.

  1. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We make no guarantees regarding job placement, promotions, or salary outcomes. Success depends on your individual effort, actions, and external market factors.

  1. AI Job Search Campaign Disclaimer

If you participate in our AI Job Search Campaign or related automation services, you assume the risk that third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn) may restrict or suspend your account. We disclaim all liability for such outcomes.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination

We may terminate your access to services for breach of these Terms or your client agreement. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to termination.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved in good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Indian Trail, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

  1. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
